Pam has been a full-time professional REALTOR since 1988 specializing in the sales and marketing of homes throughout South Orange County including Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Niguel, Coto de Caza, Rancho Santa Margarita, Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills and Aliso Viejo. Pam is a Certified Relocation Specialist who has advanced training in serving the special needs of transferring employees.

Pam is a member of the Orange County Board of REALTOR, the California Association of REALTOR, and the National Association of REALTOR. all of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensures that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legistlation affecting real estate.
A native of Oregon, Pam has lived in Mission Viejo the past 25 years. She comes to real estate from a position with a commercial builder in Irvine. The experience she gained in her tenure in this position gave Pam a “ground up” view of real estate and is very beneficial in helping her clients get the most of their real estate dollar.
Married and the mother of two boys currently attending local schools, Pam is very involved in their education and activities. As a result, Pam has an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. She knows the schoools, the neighborhoods, the services, and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as those who are simply changing neighblrhoods. Pam is also involved in the community in other ways including fundraising for breast cancer cure and awareness and volunteers driving cancer patients to their doctor appointments.
When not serving her clients or her community, Pam enjoys marathon running, having participated in over thirty-five marathons, including nine Boston marathons. She is also an avid golfer.
